The Challenge
Outform had three open roles with meaningfully different requirements: an Account Project Manager focused on client relationships and manufacturing knowledge, a Warehouse Clerk requiring bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and specific certifications, and an Operational Finance Analyst requiring ERP experience and cost accounting skills.
A generic resume screen or one-size-fits-all phone screen could not capture the specific competencies each role required — manufacturing knowledge, forklift certification, CA driver's license, or variance analysis are not resume signals.
The team needed a way to evaluate candidates against role-specific criteria at scale without adding hours of manual screening across three separate hiring workflows.
How Screenz Helped
The Results
3 tailored hiring workflows configured across project management, warehouse, and finance roles.
27 custom interview questions created, capturing the specific competencies each role required.
16 candidates invited to the Operational Finance Analyst interview within approximately one week of account creation.
Each role was configured with structured, role-specific questions rather than a generic screening template.
At the time of this snapshot, candidates had been invited but interviews had not yet been completed. Completion rates, shortlist quality, and time-to-hire will be updated as candidates move through the workflow.
