Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Screenz.ai processes candidate interview data on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates prior to screening.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by Screenz.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screenz.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.
9. Changes to Terms
